So to sum up the video; I left the server with a bang by cussing out the nanny "ezlyne" for reporting me multiple times. This nanny would always try and SHUT me up whenever I would speak about something pertaining to me. But, when other nurses talk about my callouts (HIM INCLUDED) it was never an issue? It's giving hypocrite and it's giving power tripping because he's a "nanny." The matronas gave me a warning when ezlyne was the one that was calling me childish and throwing indirect subliminals ALONGSIDE with other nurses. I've had to deal with this all the time when I would shift. I don't remember one time when I would shift peacefully, because every time I would shift a nurse would call me out in trainee-room. It got to a point where I literally don't care anymore, and half of the nurses are insecure. It's not my fault your insecurities are deep-rooted within you that you're miserable with life that you have to try and attack me all the time, TUUH! The nurses basically NEVER liked me (nor did I even care LMAOO) because they could NEVER disrespect me in any way shape or form. They thought I was gonna lay there and let them call me out and me not say what I have to say? NOPE! I would literally get DMs ALL the time from nurses who would see these toxic nurses calling me out saying I ATE them up. LMAOOOAOA. Moral of the story is, these nurses are sick, deranged, and like to use reverse physiology on people. Whenever they would want to disrespect me I would ALWAYS stand 10 toes down for myself! And than midway thru half of my arguments with them, they would start to gaslight me as if IM IN THE WRONG for defending myself. LMAO! NOPE! In the end, I got the last word and went out with a BANG. If you worked here as a nurse, reply below with what you had to endure while shifting with these insecure nurses below!

From another nurse (Chris), I agree with that most of the nurses are toxic in the sauna room and in game. I used to be a carer and there were nurses that would constantly beat me up for everything just like they are doing to you, but I never let that stop me from getting up to carer. Once I reached my goal of becoming a silver, there was this person called hira that decided it was funny to demote me back to a smaller rank. I was really pissed off. I was clouded with anger, so I decided to resign. Later on I came back once I heard it "got better" and that hira was now fira (now that shes fired.) I really feel bad for you. Also, I never hated you. I actually loved that you were open about everything and were not afraid of voicing your opinions. That's why I tried to friend you because you were a good nurse. Not like those toxic ones that are rude all the bloody time. All I'm saying is do what makes you happy. (Personally, this "job" isn't my most favourite either.) I hope your better now that you've quit. If your up to it, we can be friends on roblox if that's fine?

As a recently trained nurse, it is a bit toxic at some times (I’ve been working for 2 weeks) and I haven’t gotten any stars yet, but it is really fun when you meet kind nurses.

Games like these expect you to go above and beyond and you get 0 benefit out of it, You expect to have a normal time playing a working game but there's always Drama, You always get roped into stupid situations you don't want to be in, Anyone will do anything for any kind of promotion or to drag others down with them.

If you're a nurse, give it a few weeks. You're gonna run into some kind of issue. Cause all of my friends who have worked here came across situations like a couple weeks after you get ranked. Hopefully you don't though because it doesn't feel right. Just negative toxic nurses who are sad with their real life that they have to bully others and try to make others feel like an outsider.

Honestly, I never wanted to work here at De Pride Isle Sanatorium as it looks extremely toxic. The nurses are obviously toxic and absolutely extremely rude to their colleagues and is seriously sick. They are obviously blinded that this community is a perfect home but Valindra is sickening. I used to work at LSD aka Equalia Falls. And plenty of nurses was completely rude and started picking on me for my first shift. Furthermore, I have completely left the group and few years later, I found a loving group which is Silicones and I am now a Educator at EOH and been part of the staff team for 2 months. You always free to shift if you are in the mood to or so on, Well done for leaving the toxic Community, Chris. We love you deeply and will always respect your choices in the matter.

@@czpid This is your personal right. I assure you, you will say this until you yourself become a victim of another drama or fight. And all this for the sake of promotion. I was a Counselor at EOH, worked there for over 6 months. I even created a special document for Educators+ that they use to this day. But I terribly regret my experience working there. Sure, there is some own pluses. But EOH isn't better than any other games in such genre. I hope everything will be fine with you, and you also won’t bully anyone like many maids do.

In 2020 took me like the whole of quarantine to promote from trainee to aide when I shift for 6+ hours everyday that time. Literally the HRs back then pick random ppl who doesn’t even shift to promote.. all of them were stuck up idiots who only play victim when people call out them for being the prideful idiots they are

ALSO, I remember there being 2 chat rooms for people to talk inside which was sauna and another. Sauna was where every stuck up, toxic mid - high ranks ppl talk and the other were the people who got ignored and disrespected in sauna. And the HRs don’t do anything about it, they don’t care about inclusivity because they think being inclusive to those who are new staff is weird and brings their status down. No HR in DPI was ever kind except winter and joyful lemon and I’m glad I left the community early

As as Educator at EOH, I would love to see you on the EOH team! There is barely any drama and if there is, there are only a few people involved and it is normally solves quickly. Sometimes they host random Voice Chat applications or you can wait for applicants/buy the gp! I recommend the game and community. The promotions in EOH are a LOTTT more fair and they happen frequently! If you need any assistance or questions if you are willing to join the community, I would love to help guide you.

I’m pretty sure this person worked there too, I remember them when I worked there. EOH is also toxic, but in comparison to DPI and LSD, it’s not that bad until you get to a higher rank. They have blatant favoritism and the HRs are super full of themselves.

Please please PLEASE do not work at LSD! It’s honestly more toxic than DS. The HRs permanently banned me from the server because I called the HRs out for spam pinging the staff team. Nobody shifting? SPAM PING. Someone did something wrong? SPAM PING THE WHOLE STAFF TEAM. Please… EOH is so much nicer and kinder.

Spam pinging isn't toxicity its just annoying + I have been staff like 3 times throughout the past year and they literally removed any sort of shift pings and the HRs literally never ping anyone unless its an announcement. EOH on the other hand, their owner is literally a r@c1st and is extremely toxic and rude to his MRs and HRs behind closed doors, if needed I can send proof!

I feel like DS needs a team of people who aren't really part of the staff team to monitor everyone else, as they would have nothing to gain or lose. I think their system is very broken. If you still want to do this sort of work, I work at Heaven's Sanctuary, and they are super chill. It does not have a consistent player base but because it's a fairly small staff team everyone is very sweet and tight nit. Shifting isn't super crazy either, and I don't think I have ever heard of anyone being demoted or warned. Just another option along with EOH LSD and Sacred Archipelago!

I really want to become a staff member at ds, the staff I've never seen the staff being rude atleast that I remember, there were some annoying nurses (one kept spamming that she uses her rose toy on break etc) but none that were rude that I remember, I do respect your choice though ❤

Training is indeed 3 hours long. It's so time consuming. But the good thing, training is free. Before you would have to pay real money for a training session to be hosted.

When I was nurse back in 2021 I was trainee for 5 months when I legit shifted for like 50 hours a week. I was probably rank locked because I remember one time in the trainee room an entire server of nurses started coming at me because I made so many mistakes and were just saying things against me just to try push me down and because they were bored. I ended up quitting after because that’s just not worth your time at all guys. LSD actually treats their staff like human beings and attempts to improve in some sort of way

Ive just started to play again and got promoted as a trainee (its been a year since ive played) and people have been very nice to me so far, obviously ive seen issues with other people but genuinely everything else has been fine. I hope it continues to stay this way and im sorry for what you went through.

I had to shift a lot, and even if you shift every day; you shouldn't put your hopes up that when reforms come around that you'll get stars. Because, it took me an entire month basically to even get ONE star that was easily taken away from me from that crusty, dusty, rusty, disgusting thot enzlyne.

Yes! The majority of the nurses are not nice and call you out for small things. I would literally always end up being called on every time I shifted and it got tiring/ draining. The matronas are not fair and they warned me causing me to lose the 1 star I earned and the other nurse that was being rude to me got no warning for the way it was talking to me. Valindra barely does reforms, and only has the game running because valindra wants your money. Shes a cash cow essentially

Good thing i work the Eden's orphan home... The place is absolutely peaceful and nice.. From the maids and from the orphans, i did regret it at first because i was the lowest rank (orphanage maid) and the higher rank staff same some mistakes i did.. But ya! At the moment i got promoted as orphanage caregiver and things are going better, to be honest.. The only reason i keep playing roblox because of it, i meet new friends.. New people and everything! And i do not regret spending 3k for the pass!

I would have also left, its so sad, that a game with such potencial goes to waist...Ive meet a lot of nannies that abuse of their tools or directly just are mean- There are tons of people that are so nice that would love to be a nannie meanwhile, there are some nannies who use there tools wrong..I honestly perfer eden orphanage home (in my opinion) bcs the nannies are nicer, and i have NEVER seen a nannie abusing there- and the discord server is so welcoming, it has ticket logs so you can ask questions if you have any doubt, i think its really nice! but yeah.. I could have not taken this situation calmly as you did, im really sorry that you had this experience with DPI...Im looking foward to see more of your vids tho!

When valindra does reforms (when I was staff she literally didnt do reforms for a whole month) the stars accumulate. When you reach 5 they evaluate you for a promotion and if u fail the evaluation your stars are removed and you have to rebuild your stars from scratch.

The nurses don't really care for new trainees that come in. As they see you all as newbies. But if you want to stay and figure it out you can do that as well!

Like i said that i wanted to be a trainee there in a diff video, i just wanted to see the new functions and just feel more like idk. so far at the games i worked at (Valysia, FV, LSD and EOH) are boring?!?? Lia in eoh is weird a grmer, LSD gets boring after a while same as EOH, valysia discontinued the ethereal realm and was sold but it was quite boring, FV should have been discontinued years ago when they were still known as Horny Sisters. xx idc if im being innapropariative but there is more jobs ive worked in, roblox games arent worth you brother. i recommend you check out other games similar just different that are maybe smaller so you dont have to spent alot of time on them. ive worked in DPI in 2018 i think? i remember when qweerial still was a thing which was so much better in my opinion. continuing, star reforms are SO BAD currently. i saw this video a while ago but didnt comment, we know damn well DS staff team has multiple children working, and pedophiles in their community, valindra is thirsty for money. xo, its so funny how jenna got ranked down in my opinion, IT WAS DESERVED AFTER WHAT SHE DID. im so done with staff that act nice but are so bad in their real personality, if you ever want to talk with me abt DS communities etc, feel free to dm me. i know multiple games you can work on and lots of ones that dont have anything stolen like equalia/eden. its sad how eden is sometimes understaffed with 2k/3k+ maids!! xx anyways have fun in roblox, my discord is diorrx23 if you ever want to talk, i needed therapy after i found out star reforms exist

I never worked at dpi but you should try eoh out. I’m not a staff there but i’m on the dc server and their so nice. I applied and I don’t know if I passed yet, but I the least I can say that the community looks nice

And that’s why I play LSD. The staff team has changed and everything seems pretty normal, the staff are sweet people! I truly respect Luneias’s and Edelynnias hard work adding up to the rest of the HR+ team. DPI is TOXIC and disrespectful towards my religion. ( Christianity )
