I watched Cream at the Albert Hall doing this is 68 and again at their reunion gig. I am stunned by how close this band is to Cream. Orla's solos are very Claptonesque...very controlled and yet hugely creative. Mollie's bass playing is unreal. If she was using a fretless bass, I would struggle to tell the difference between her and Jack. And Mamie, like Ginger, keeps it all together. This is a seriously good band and it can only be a question of time before they achieve super-stardom. .

Not only that the departure part where Clapton, Bruce and Baker went crazy is obviously beyond this band's reach. Nothing wrong with that, but safe to say Fanny, The Bangles, Joan Jett, Susie Quatro, Hole or Zepperella aren't looking over their shoulders.
