To be prescribed 3 norco a day long term you must sign a DEA contract agreeing to randomized drug testing, if you test positive for thc you will lose your doctor and meds.. it’s tyrannical.

MN legalized it and I'm loving it. It is stronger than when I was a kid but after a few months you get used to it. I only do a few hits myself so you use less overall. I don't smoke a whole joint by myself. It is wonderful like on a Saturday morning to do a few one hits and drink coffee out on my deck.

Rescheduling itself wont' really change anything. Under federal law a lower schedule controlled substance is still illegal to manufacture, sell or possess except in very narrow medical circumstances.

I had a driving job I really loved. I started smoking to help me sleep. It may sound crazy, but I went 6 years without puffing (Weed only).So naturally I needed to unwind after work. I promise you, if I kept drinking it would have resulted in something catastrophic. A friend of mine at the time twisted up ,ngl took a hit or two I was good!The weed helped me to not drink dark(liquor).I'm much more calm and I don't need booze anymore. However 1 day my job gave me a urine test and unfortunately I failed due to thc. When it is rescheduled to schedule 3, any doc with a DEA # should be able to prescribe. Rescheduling would change it at the fed level and it could be prescribed like any other drug. The problem with it being legal at the state level was docs could not prescribe it, because it was not legal federally, only recommend. So unless the VA wants to pass a policy that cannabis will not be prescribed, their docs should be able to.

It crazy to me that is ok but i can’t smoke. If i can smoke again i wont drink nearly as much. I actually didn’t drink before i only smoked. But now i have the erge to drink even if i dont want to.
