Best cover version I've ever heard! Can't believe why little likes.

It takes guts to cover this song ,and this band did it legit.

Lots of critics popping off below. Lets keep in mind that RECORDED SD is really 2 talented writers and only the best hand-picked session players. Many bands take a risk throwing a couple of the Dan's tunes into a set. I say ANY GROUP that can hold its head up for a couple of dozen in the night has done something special. Nicely done and THANKS for keeping it alive!

Steely Dan is an extremely difficult band to cover due to their very complex chords/harmonies and rhythm but you all did a great job to make this song your own. The Sax player was spot on!

Very good job my friends, A very tough act to do a tribute show to but your lead singer does have Fagen’s accent & diction down. I studied under Bernard Purdy in NYC when I was younger & doing what you’re doing now. Peace

I know a band's got the right sound when I start singing along. I sang along the entire song. Sue me if I play too long. This brother is free, I'll be what I want to be.

OK, more talent than me, but the weak link here is the lead singer. Pretty constantly flat, but does come into the pocket from time to time. I would be happy listening to this on a night out.

Too bad the lead singer had to read the lyric.

Singer holds notes too long and with too much vibrato. (Not that I can sing; just an observation.) Fix that and you're golden. Boy that sax player nails it... Great job guys!

I can sing it better.

The Bass player dropped the ball at the start, l know the feeling. The drummer seemed a little pissed hitting those breaks a little too hard! Hahahah, it's called live music!
