Its a song for the fans! they truly adore AROHA so much 🥺 and as fort he DDOCA's they r usually videos that they upload on their channel to update fans on stuff or just vlogs and sometimes bside videos they made for their songs. DDOCA is the name of their camera how they named it when they first started making these videos for AROHA. So sometimes during videos theyll address the camera and say things like "Lets play with DDOCA!" Or treat DDOCA like a person. It is actually a song for us, arohas. :) Most (if not all) Astro albums have at least one Aroha Song. The official fan song is You & Me (I recommend you watch this too). It's from the Winter Dream Album. One in a Million is from All Light album. And the aroha song from Blue Flame album is You're My World. 💜

Once more I'm sure you've probably already been told long ago, but ASTRO has a whole lot of fan songs, almost at least one per album, really. It's become a bit of a tradition for them to make a self shot/made MV to some of the fan songs. This was the their third one! Ddoca is what ASTRO calls the camera that they generally use to film themselves, kind of like a behind the scenes of ASTRO sharing themselves with the fans. The first Ddoca was a stationary camera set up in their original practice room that Rocky and Moonbin named. It's become a bit like a video diary of their memories and journey together! They also have a series of what they call ASTRO Plays, which are filmed by staff, and are a lot of fun, too.

BEN OMG THANK YOU AHHH IM SO EXCITED THAT YOU GAVE US MORE ASTROOO 😁🙌🙌 So basically 1 in A Million is Astro’s fan song from their All Light album (they include a fan song in every album and infact the entire Rise Up album is dedicated to Aroha 🥺💜) but yeah so ddoca is Astro’s equivalent of like a bangtan bomb I guess? Except it’s shot by the members themselves and they treat Docca as their portal to communicate with Aroha (us the fans), although having said that ddoca is kinda like an entity in and of herself? It’s hard to explain but basically Moonbin calls himself Ddoca’s dad and so he’ll often say stuff like ‘your dad has to go to work now bye docca!’ and according to Moonbin as well, Jinjin is ddoca’s grandmother (?? Tbh no one knows but that’s just like a general trend with Astro like they just talk nonsense 8000796895% of the time and Aroha are just like you’re doing great sweetie!) also according to Eunwoo ddoca is 223 years old so there’s that 🤷🏼‍♀️ BUT BACK TO THE MV! So Astro only releases one official music video per album (except for winter dream, rip us) and so the members take it upon themselves to make their own music videos for their fan songs just as a cute thank you to Aroha! 😭💜 The other ones they have done this for are Call Out and You & Me and basically it’s just them being chaotic creating content for us when their company doesn’t 🥺💜 In other Ddoca’s you’ll hear them arguing about who will be the director for the Music video and the end credit bits are essentially their ‘bloopers’ apdjdjslsl sorry I just realised this is a whole essay but I just really love Astro with my whole heart and they deserve the whole world and it means so much to me that one of my favourite youtubers is getting to know them so thank you thank you thank you 😁🙌💜

Ddoca is the name that they gave to the camera (as well as the videos) whenever the members themselves are the ones taking the video, so usually you'll see atleast one of them holding ddoca and talking to it or taking a video of the others talking to it (in other words, it refers to videos taken by the boys themselves and not those recorded by staff). So they address ddoca in first person, call it their child or call themselves "dad" when talking to it, etc. The first ddoca 'mv' was with You & Me which is a song for Aroha from one of the earlier albums, Winter Dream; the next one was with Call Out from the album Rise up, and the third one is 1 in a Million from the album All Light. For the ddoca mv's they use b-sides and usually it's the songs that are meant for Arohas, or the Aroha song, although tbh all their songs are for rohas. Usually they film these mvs while touring, as we can see from the videos themselves, they're in different locations because, again, they film while touring or having a schedule. Hope this helped!

😊 Astro is so pure, the purest of the pure~~ I recommend any of their dance practice videos, but my absolute fave is their special winter track Should've Held On 👌 for music video, I really enjoy their beginning ones cus they went with a season theme so their debut was a spring song Hide&Seek, but the cutest one is their summer song Breathless, and my favorite one is their fall song Confession~~ also, DDOCCA is pronounced like 'toka' almost (the Korean for it is 또까) and it's their 'youtube TV' content (like how BTS have their bomb videos)
