Firing the rifle, vibrated and rocked the table (as you can tell by the box falling over). The AR is laying in its side, effectively already putting pressure on the bolt release, that is facing the other side towards the table. 👍🏻

I bought a Sandman S because I believe Mike Pappas is a true genius, he loves his creations and the Dead Air company is a product of this man who is creative, genius, innovative, reliable and seems like a good fuckin dude. If I had the money I’d buy the entire Sandman lineup and a Wolfman for my pistols and PCC. Great product and great company. Keep up the great work fellas!

Hello, I have a question about the e brake for sandman S. does it increase the sound signature and muzzle flash comparing to 1. stock 30 front cap without e brake; and 2. 3 prone 556 front caps without e-brake? I was planning to run the 556 3 prone caps with the e-brake, but if the e-brake actually increases the flash and noise level, is it probably better to just use the stock 30 front cap?

Excellent product! What about the blow back from the suppressed gasses? Can that cause damage to the weapon? Is there a heat problem?

Any chance the SandMan L will be in titanium version? If I asked them will it be unrealistic to think they will make one for me? edit : Just noticed normal SandMan is 7 inch,L is 9 and titanium 8 so making new model for extra inch is not worth it

After 14 months i finally got my Sandman S. I put it on and ratcheted into place. It popped off so I attempted to unwind it and it just will not unwind nor will it go back on. Probably did something wrong but cannot figure oit out and do not want to freak it. So, I have a VERY nice looking paper weight. Any ideas?

*Why is putting on (or off) my sandman a bitch? And I'm not talking about the twisting part. I mean actually mounting it on the muzzle device. Mine doesnt slide on and off that easy. I have to shimmy it to take it on and off with brute force.*

I just bought a dead air muzzle brake ,for my FN15 ,from my local gun store. They installed it for me. It looks to have a crush washer on it but one video uses shims. I am planning to buy the sandman s. I need to know if the washer needs to be replaced with shims before putting the suppressor on.

Hi Mike. I have the sandman s. "It sucks." I'm not impressed at all. It's either broke or your cans suck. Only thing it works on is a .22. bigger claibers turn it into an overpriced blast can.
