You nailed the aesthetic! The fact that Amnesia: The Dark Descent hasn’t come to Dead by Daylight yet is astounding. Easily one of the most influential horror games of all time, next to Resident Evil and Silent Hill.

My favorite part is the 8 Meters. It grabs your attention with a punch, works like an alarm and feels you with dread for the Killer that's getting closer.

New killer: Servant Grunt Primary weapon: Rusted claw Power: Unraveling Sanity Perks: Nyctophobia, Unknown darkness, and Hex: There you are. New map: Brennenburg Castle New survivor: Daniel Backstory: Once humans turned into abominations by man's persuade of power. These servants roam the empty and dark halls of Brennenburg. Their horrific forms stitched up more than once, and in constant agony, they under no circumstances should live yet they do. Many rumors circulated around Baron Alexander, but none knew how far he was able to go. When the investigation was finally done to the Castle Brennenburg halls were filled with black fog and sounds of moaning in the darkness. The new killer servant grunt might look harmless from the distance, even resembling fellow man, but it is anything but harmless. The killer's power is Unraveling Sanity. Survivors begin with the trials in sane state, and being hit by grunt or staying in the line of sight reduces the sanity from sane to unnerving and there to insane. If the survivor becomes insane while looking at the grunt, they'll scream, revealing their location and putting themselves and others at risk. The killer comes with three new perks. Make your victims suffer and fear the unknown with Nyctophobia: Survivors in unnerved or insane state will begin to see hallucinations of grunt in the dark corners of Brennenburg unsure if its real or not. Surround yourself in darkness with The Unknown Darkness: Longer you hunt more undetectable, you become putting survivors on the edge of your location and intentions. You serve Alexander, and no one else, not even the entity. The voice in your head demands you to hunt down survivors in Alexander's way. Show them fear with Hex: There you are. With this hex active, if the exist gates are powered up, the Entity will block the escape, and the auras of all survivors are revealed for 5 10 or 15 seconds depending on the level of the perk. With the stone floor steadily beneath his feet, one uncertain man walks in the castle once more, wielding an oil lantern. Here walks Daniel: Stuck in the castle Brennenburg once more his mind wiped out from his self-induced amnesia his memory useless but with primal fear of darkness and the monsters he has once seen in it hoping he'll escape this hell once again however this time there would be no escape. Daniel comes with three new perks, with first being Adaptive Research: Each time you catch glimpses of the killer, its aura is slightly longer revealed to you, rewarding your research and patience. You can't remember what happened, but you know when to hide with: Hidden Plan as monsters surround you, and you feel like you need to make a plan quickly crouching in dark for 2 seconds makes your location impossible for the killer to see and this could save you in tight situations. You have developed skills moving in silence with Don't make a sound. When you escape the chase with limited time, non rushed vaulting healing and hiding in lockers produce no sound. Hunt your prey or hide from monsters with newst chapter for Dead by daylight Shrouds of Amnesia. Bonus: Grunt skin: Servant Brute These creatures of nightmare protect the Inner Sanctum and its secrets with their lives (Accept it we are not getting here alive spoken by Wilhelm) Add-ons Lantern oil, glump of grunt's hair, chemistry pot, poisoned wine Iridescent Add-ons Brute's blade and Daniel's diary.

I regret not checking this one out sooner, honestly. It has quickly become one of my favorite works of yours, despite me not being an Amnesia fan! And I don't know why, but I love the 'explosive' difference between the 16 and 8 meter layers, and how oppressive the chase is. It is simply incredible.

Man, this is one of your finest works! Not only you mixed the ambience of the original game, but also created each music piece according to the Killer's Terror Radius without overproducing it or losing cohesion. That's a feat on itself.

To be honest, I don't think an Amnesia DLC would be a good idea. 🤔🤔🤔 First, Amnesia is a very slow and unhurried game. Despite the fact there are enough of action(?) moments, they're short, while the rest of the game hits at oppressive, claustrophobic atmosphere. Secondly, as already mentioned, this game is not of that type of horror, and therefore the Servants are not main antagonists in the game. If someone talks about Amnesia, I would rather remember the gloomy corridors of the castle, the impenetrable darkness, the terrible experiments of Alexander, Lovecraftian stuff.. Or some kind of Kaernk at least (but this is more likely to be influenced by my fear of such things) and I have no idea how it would be possible to implement something like this in DBD. Oh, and of course, this is great atmospheric music! Video is fire, I'm cum! Good job!

Thank you! I think it will be a great DLC, Amnesia is hide and seek horror, with not many things you can do against enemy's. It atmoshere will go great in dbd if you get them a great power idea What about monsters, I don't think that picking Alexander, or any other character as a killer will be better than Servants. Servants just do what they told to do, so entity can easly make them hunt survivors, tricking, that it's a Alexander's request.
