Considering it's said that the Jacket from Payday 2 is confirmed to not be the same Jacket from HM, they could say it was HIM who was pulled into the Entities realm. Why? Well this Jacket has no problem mindlessly killing people. He'll literally go out of his way to gun down cops and civilians alike. Hell, he literally bashed the brains out of a defenseless cloaker with a hammer after presumably wiping his entire squad with just an Uzi. He went as far as to have him cuffed and pissing his pants scared before he actually killed him. Soo, although the idea of the real Jacket being manipulated into thinking the survivors are mobsters is a cool concept, I honestly love the idea of a bat shit insane Jacket knowing damn well he's hurting innocent people because he simply "enjoys hurting other people."

The Animal's perks Sung Together: The entity needs specific places cleansed, it only sends the best for the job. Whenever you kick a generator, it is then marked. Whenever two or more survivors are within 16m of a marked generator they are exhausted, hindered, and blinded. These effects last for 3 seconds after beginning a chase, entering the radius while in a chase prevents these debuffs. Only one generator at a time can be marked this way. Midnight Animal: Your mania and savagery will inspire fear and awe in the rest of humanity. Downing a survivor inflicts exhausted on all survivors within 8m for 6 seconds, the downed survivor is inflicted with hemorrhage, deafened, and mangled until healed to the healthy state. This perk then goes on cooldown for 60 seconds Prank Call: Your past experience has shown you how to be efficient, relentless, and unstoppable Entering bloodlust grants you a 50% bonus to kicking pallets, breakable walls, and Generators. Exiting bloodlust grants a bonus 25% vault speed for 10 seconds. This perk then goes on cooldown for 60 seconds.

i was thinking about something like jacket having to do 3 hits to down a survivor, but having weapons around the map that lets you do the normal 2 hit down and you can also throw them, like huntress hatchet, but also giving you the option to pick it up from the ground. When you do a combo, (hitting maybe 4 hits within 1 minute, still not sure about the numbers tho) you can change your mask for 30 seconds, to either jake (throwing weapons now 1 hits someone) tony (punches also take them down in 1 hit) or brandon (doubles your movespeed)

@@rodnei2352 I don't know much about DBD, balance related, but my idea is for the killer to not be Jacket but "the Animals" a metaphorical manifestation of violence and hatred that corrupted those people in HM, and The Animals had the ability to change masks to gain acess to different buffs like Jacket in Hotline Miami 1, and also (I don't know, via perk cards or whatever) the maps this killer was present had telephone booths that could be sabotaged by survivors and if it wasn't The Booth would eventually ring and if the Killer was nearby he could take the call and it would highlight a target for him to kill on the map, that survivor(target)would be highlighted for sometime. Edit: More into your idea changing masks would also change the weapon The Animal uses(without affecting the damage), just to better show each personality, like the Locust using a Drill, the pig with a meat cleaver and the tiger brass knuckles.

New Killer: The Animal Background: A barbaric killer who wiped out the Russian mafia and plunged the streets of Miami into fear, he is capable of brutal and ruthless violence, using a display of animal masks to terrorize Survivors. Power: Your Inner Animal Description: You are capable of changing methods and finding answers to a situation just around the corner. There are eight Masks, of which one (Richard) is always on his face unless he is wearing a different Mask and three others are randomly chosen and scattered thoroughout the map. Each will give a different ability and only one Mask can be worn at a time. Using the Pick Up interaction he can pick it up and put it on. A random Mask can be dropped on the floor at any time and takes 1 second to put on. Richard (Rooster): For each injury a survivor has, their healing, repair, cleansing, and treating actions speeds are reduced by 3%. Graham (Rabbit): The Animal gets a 1.5 movement speed increase. Tony (Tiger): Any survivor that gets hit will instantly enter the Dying status effect. Rasmus (Owl): Each survivor will have their aura revealed to you for 4 seconds. Zack (Frog): You can only see the auras of injured survivors for 5 seconds. Biker: Inflicting an injury on a survivor causes that survivor to suffer the Broken status effect for 30 seconds. Dennis (Wolf): Injuries require an additional 4 seconds to treat. Jake (Viper): The Animal gains a 10% movement speed increase. Perk #1: And Stay Down! After kicking a generator, this perk activates. When the perk is activated, hitting a generator with a basic attack will cause it to lose 10/12/15%. It can only be used twice per generator. Perk #2: Call To Violence After injuring a survivor by any means, this perk activates for 10/15/20 seconds. While active, you see the auras of pools of blood within your Terror Radius. The perk has a cooldown of 20 seconds. Perk #3: Neon Lights When carrying a survivor, Neon Lights activates: Survivors will be blinded while in your Terror Radius. The Animal 4.6 Meters/s. 32 terror radius. medium size. Jacket Is a strong as a normal person, his dangerousness cames from his ferocity and brutality. Hitting a survivor with a normal attack will put them in *dizzy* state for *14* seconds instead of damaging them. Jacket can unchain all of his inner violence upon a survivor that is dizzy hurting them, and dealing Haemorrhage status effect for *14* seconds. (Dizzy status effect: -15% movement speed and can be grabbed and damaged by the basic unarmed attack of The Animal) Power: Massacre Arsenal. The Animal can find weapons around the map and can have a maximun of 2 weapons at the same time. The hammer: While The Animal is holding this weapon you deal damage to survivors and also making them *Dizzy* for 4 seconds. After 2 hits the third hit *instadown* the victim and the hammer breaks. The Knife: While The Animal is holding this weapon you deal damage to surviros and also making them *broken* for *45* seconds. After 2 hits the third hit puts them in *deep wound* state and also *Hemorrhagic* state. The pistol: While the animal is holding this weapon press left click to charge a shot for 2 seconds and after releasing the left click it shots a bullet that travels *10* meters. While charging a red laser point will tell the survivors where you are aiming. Right click to cancel the shot. After 2 shots the third shot will makes the victim *Dizzy* and the pistol breaks. Press right click to throw the weapon. The weapon bounces in walls. If you hit a survivor make them dizzy for 14 seconds and you can see their aura for 4 seconds. The weapon breaks if you hit a survivor. Press control to change your weapon. Perks: Wrong number. The sound of the hotline still resonates in your head, and now of the poor devils that you are hunting too. After hooking someone the other Survivors will hear a loud noise static noise that will block other sounds for *12*/*15*/*18* seconds. Guilty Pleasure You will never admit how much you enjoy the bloodshed, still, you enjoy walking in puddles of blood. If you step on a blood puddle you will eliminate that puddle and gain *3%*/*4%*/*5%* of movement speed for 2 seconds. Mask Collector After all, you keep enjoying simple things as the collection of normal trinkets, like creepy looking mask. For every hooked or dead Survivor you gain a token. For every token you gain *0.5%*/*1%*/*1.5%* movement speed and you gain *3%*/*4%*/*5%* of Cool-down reduction on successful Basic Attacks. Notable Add-ons Dennis Mask. Replace the Knife for the Machete, it breaks after 2 succesful hits but puts them in *deep wound* state and also *Hemorrhagic* state. Charlie's Mask. Replace the Hammer with a bat. Extended lounge range and makes them dizzy 5 seconds instead of 4. Graham's Mask. Increase movement speed by 20% for the first 90 seconds of the trial. Tony's Mask. I absolutely love this concept and piece, but if theres one thing Id want to criticize is that I feel the synth melody that comes in during the chase track takes the foreground a bit too strongly and overpowers the rest of the track. I think if it was slipped in a bit more subtly itd b perfect tho :3

A hotline miami DLC would be nothing less than a dream come true. I don't know what the chances for it to happen are, probably not very high. But if it does happen I hope they do something similar to what you've done. Beautiful all around, faithful both to Hotline Miami's style of soundtrack and to DBD's present tension and gradual build-up in every killer's music. Though if that was the chase music I'd be far too busy bopping to loop / chase. It's a banger. As it should be. Fantastic work!

New killer: The Animal Speed: 4.3 m/s / 4.6 m/s / 4.8 m/s Terror radius: 24 m / 32 m Height: high Special abillity: Masks The Animal starts with the default mask. After 45 seconds in the match, The Animal can take one of three special masks from every locker on the map, each of wich gives unique abillities to The Animal. Mask can be changed only after another 45 seconds. Tiger mask: While The Animal has Tiger mask on, he gains the abillity to make a quick short dash forward with a 5 seconds cooldown. Every survivor, hitted with this dash, will be instadowned and every pallet, hitted with it, will be broken. The Animal gains 4.3 m/s speed. Rabbit mask: While The Animal has Rabbit mask on, he gains 4.8 m/s speed, breaks pallets and vaults 10% faster, but his lunge is reduced by 60% and he has to hit survivors 3 times to down them. First hit will cause injury, second will put survivors into deep wounds and only third will down them. Owl mask: While The Animal has Owl mask on, he gains 24 m terror radius and new abillity - Echolocation. The Animal with Owl mask on can literally see the auras of sounds in the certain radius of him. Survivor's steps, gen's sounds, healing and so on. Louder the sound - more noticeable it becomes for The Animal. Perks: No fighting back: The victim's futile attempts to fight back only fuel your interest Every time you get stunned by any means, you gain a 3% / 4% / 5% haste for 10 seconds Hex: Absolute slaughter: Everyone will die. You will make sure of it Every time you hit a survivor with your basic attack, this perk gains a token up to 10 At 2 tokens you gain 2% / 3% / 4% haste At 5 tokens every stun duration is reduced by 20% / 25% / 30% At 8 tokens every survivor becomes hindered by 3% / 4% / 5% At 10 tokens you can mori survivors Brute force: Sometimes you need to use brute force to solve your problems. You know it better than everyone Everytime you get stunned by a pallet, this perk activates While this perk is active, you can return dropped pallet to it's default state. That pallet becomes damaged and it's aura highlights to you with yellow. Next time this pallet will be dropped, it will instantly break. After that, this perks goes on 45 / 40 / 35 seconds cooldown

God, I only recently learned about this through your videos and honestly the music enough is enough reason to want this to be a chapter. Do you think you could do a Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion themed chapter? There's lots of characters to choose from that but my personal favorite which I think could make for a good hunter is The Merchant/Specimen 6, The Food Demon/Specimen 11 or The Deer Lord/Specimen 8.
