Tombstone is tons of fun but I do agree with Scott talking about how you can get shanked even though he spent all of like 2 seconds looking at you, while he spent most of the time ogling your teammates. Technically that's bad play since survivors can only provide so many stalk points, but it still feels bad. Would make more sense to only allow executions against survivors who have no more stalk points available. Still pretty fun to play with or against Mikey. He's definitely my favorite killer, and from the best franchise besides!

Wraith is *the killer* that i hate the most as a survivor. It's not much related to his power but the fact that literally 90% of wraith players i see are noed killers who camp at the hook and hard hard tunnel. So now every time i hear his bell i'm like "fuck, not again"

I think that it's because he's one of the free killers you get, and since Trapper sucks balls, Nurse is hard AF to learn, and Huntress requires you to be something of a good FPS player...Wraith is the most convenient noob killer to play. This means that people will be unskilled using him usually, and have to resort to bullshit tactics even when other opportunities present themselves, like, seeing another person that they could chase...but they're unsure of their skills, so they commit to the person that they know they CAN down vs. taking the risk, losing, and learning to be better.

Yeah it's so common for Wraith matches to just be awful. I do play Wraith sometimes on my own but I practically only play Rancor Roulette with him. Three out of four survivors love it!

@@Feenecks I had a game like literally 2 days ago or something with my friend in comms, and a Wraith was chasing a random. I had not been hit or on hook yet, so I deliberately tried to get his attention, even LITERALLY body blocking but he ran past me to keep tunneling the guy on death hook, straight up giving up a free down basically lol. That's how hard he tunneled this dude. Literally every wraith I get is like that. I can't even remember the last time I got a wraith that DID NOT deliberately tunnel from the get go. As a killer, I understand, if a good player is in a spot and I need pressure, I tunnel. But it's a desperation thing, where I can't get the game stabilized any other way. It's not my go to, straight out of the gate tactic. I only do it if I absolutely need to, or, if they do something unbelievably stupid like staying near me when I have starstruck on, and just don't get the hint to stay away...I'm not going to give up a free down, obviously. Most of the time I don't even have to resort to tunnelling but yeah holy shit dude literally just tunneled this poor Jake out of the match when my friend and I tried to relieve the pressure lmfao. I usually don't bring flashlights: medkits or toolboxes usually but it's really making me want to equip flashbang just for that kind of situation.

As a doctor main, I can say there is a certain sadistic joy in hitting shocks, because if you get a team that knows to predrop, you can mindgame the predrop and that extra level of skill expression is always going to be fun. While his base kit isnt super exciting, I'd argue he's extremely fun just for the sheer build variety you can run with him. No other killer gets nearly as much value out of TR perks as doctor, and dark devotion + distressing in combo with his crazy ass addons is the ultimate way of screwing with the survivors, and it never feels overpowered (except for on midwich) because he has to weigh when he wants to static to potentially delay gens or find people. As a survivor, I'll admit hes not the most fun to go against purely because the people I see playing him run basic ass builds. If more people went for creatively evil doc builds then I think we'd all have more fun going against him.

Yes, well said guys. Cenobite is what Skull merchant aimed to be, but actually designed well for the games health. This is why I love Pig as well. Cenobite and Pig are killers with interactive but balanced slowdown, for both sides to interact with. Think this is why legion is hated at times, cause his outplay is limited, making his slowdown counter play boring… healing off mending all game! 😂😊

Plus his power is miles better than clown's since they slow vault windows and pallets rather than mid or fast vault. Its not very difficult to use his power and its definitely easier than huntress, as long as you spawn the chain on the survivor it should pretty much be a guaranteed hit.

About nemesis, you can actually hit over windows if the survivor crouches. Its a tech that works in all tile windows and some main buildings. Doesn't work in shack unless theres some prop from the map that increases the survivor height like trash from auto heaven. I almost never do the boring Knight tap m2 at a loop and the survivor runs away thing. I always hold m2 and try to predict WHERE they will run away. Also going long patrols towards gens, people healing under hook, just creates chaos and chasing multiple people like that is a multitasker's dream. Playing him in that way is very fun imo and playing against Knights that actually play like this is fun too as I almost always bait them by running one way and literally running in a different place, sometimes even into the Knight and losing his guard and chase completely. He's similar to artist imo in that way where there's a common boring play style and an actually fun way to play him that no one uses.

IMO going against a mediocre Nurse - someone who has a general idea of blink distances but is less familiar with how her power works around obstacles & isn't as good at winning mindgames - is one of the funnest things in DBD. the types of mindgames you can use against those kind-of-new-but-not-super-experienced nurse players are different from everything else in the game and I love that variety you don't see anywhere else its far more frequent the nurse player is either good or bad, though, so overall i have to agree with your placement here.

So I want to like the Onryo - it's true that she doesn't chase that much, but I actually like the minigame of managing the TV's... But the frustrating part is that I've never needed to learn TV spawns and spending a minute searching for a TV that's turned on so I can take a tape from it is really providing her WAY too much slowdown.. and if you wait until you need a tape to start looking, you're basically dead. I really think if they reveal the auras of TVs to survivors who have at least 1 full condemn stack inside or outside of some radius, and they make that radius more forgiving the more stacks you have, and maybe they bring back condemn on hooking to make her want to hook... Like even though she's in a bad spot rn, I feel like they're close to something unique and cool, at least for me. ... but yeah, for now she's just really rough to go against and has some playstyles that really stink.

Honestly, I think what makes Myers so frustrating to go against is you get punished for your teammates playing poorly so heavily. Genuinely, I think Myers needs a slight rework in that aspect. I genuinely think they can add a global bar/circle (that killer and survivors see) on the HUD that shows how much "stalk" a survivor has left in them. Kind like what ghost-face's stalk looks like. I ALSO think that Myers should get some big buffs to compensate for that. Like for one, a nice QoL change for him would be you need to press M2 when you have full stalk to activate his T3 as well as get rid of his debuffs in T1. Make him just a normal M1 killer in Tier 1 so when you get those really good survivors you're not just a way worse trapper for the first minute or 2 of the game. Maybe don't show the stalk progress until he gets out of Tier 1 as well, if that first change is implemented. I think this change would be good. It wouldn't "buff" SWF at all since they can easily relay that info already with decent timing. It'd just make solo/duo queue against him less terrible. I do think he'd still need more buffs to compensate that change but I'm not quite sure what to give him. I also think having stalk on survivors slowly reset over time would be good. A good downside for his Iri/Tombstone add-ons with that change would be stalk doesn't slowly recover over time, GIVING OBSERVANT/SMART SURVIVORS A WAY TO KNOW THAT HE HAS IT BEFORE SOMEONE DIES (thats my biggest gripes with the tombstone add-ons)

I love trickster 😭 I have ADHD and something about having to try and hit a bunch of knives in a row and play around cover in loops is fun to me. I also like the bouncing knives but God I hate playing him on maps like RPD or Lerys. And there's the one in a million times where Main Event is up at a relevant time and you get to down two or three people. Most tricksters are miserable to go against cause they proxy camp/tunnel. He's got a soft spot in my heart.

Im surprised artist is that much higher than knight when the gameplay is BASICALLY the same. You either shift w because their anti loop is so insanely strong and their low mobility, or you go down. If you're in the corner you get hit, if theres a connected loop you can wait till they have their power back up and rinse repeat. They ignore pallets because their power will just hit you, stuff like that. They share so many similarities that I despise that i would put artist in the same tier as the knight.

only thing I really disagree with is huntress. it is so much more common that you face a huntress who face camps, tunnels, or double cooldown so they can 2-tap you. my issue in particular with huntress camping or tunneling is that it's so easy to do and her hatchets act like STBFL. what you like about facing a killer who's tunneling is that they chase you, but there's no fun if you're instantly going down due to her ridiculous hit cooldown w/ hatchets, so there's essentially no chase and you're forced out the match with very little BP and losing a pip.

I hate wesker so much, i want dc every time i see him, bs grabs after you dropped pallet, stupid infection that helps him if you loop him for too long, insane terror radius so you never know how close he is. And i noticed they play like nurses, hardcore tunneling with 4 slowdown perks.

I used to run exclusive no addon Shadow/Chili blight and it was super fun. Only reason i stopped was i felt i had hit a point where survivors were consistently too strong to beat that way, so instead of crutching on perks i just started using speed

I honestly dont see the issue with the speed addons. C33, Blight Tag, and Alch ring are so much stronger. the main thing the speed does is let you land some hits on window vaults survs think they can make it too, but they can also learn how fast you are and fake it next time. Also the loops where there is a long thin line of objects between you and the surv where you could try rushing from your side to theirs and try flicking into a it lets you do that more consistently. Much better than everyone is hindered because you pressed your power button once, or rushing immediately after a hit.

Ghosty could be higher. Killers with good jump scare potential are always fun. Yeah camping a basement leaning on the stairs is a rank 20 way to play him and is super annoying, but the 95% of Ghosty's that don't just iron/agi every game to basement are some of the most fun matches I'll ever have. His stun is comical, you can just feel his disappointment is immeasurable and his day is ruined if you stun him right before your mark ends. He also can scare the ever living shit out of people by marking people causing them to flip out and spam their camera around just to find you were right behind them the whole time.

Really good list overall honestly, I'd move Artist, Spirit, and Demo further up B tier and potentially even A, move Plague to B but just barely bc I think playing against her in solo queue suffers a ton, and I'd move Oni to S, Huntress to S and Wesker to A. Really solid list overall and these are obv my personal changes, great vid

You knock blight down from S to B because the reality is most people use OP shit on blight and that makes it unfun for you. The reality of playing against Wesker is that they proxy camp, tunnel and slug. Even you acknowledge that the hinder persisting after hook in Weskers power encourages tunneling.

Dredge is easily my S tier fun killer. Most people seem to miss his macro-gameplay with Nightfall, especially while someone is hooked and survivors are forced to take an action, and utilizing your stealth/insta teleports to cut off routes and create panic as people try to recover/save. Survivors very often aren't ready to run into you if you teleport ahead to a locker they can't hear/appear in front of them. Specifically revealing I have Devour Hope during Nightfall is by far the greatest time in the game, ambushing from the darkness while they desperately try to find the totem while not being able to see shit. That shit is glorious. Very obvious lockers next to gens being locked is honestly a small grief point that isn't difficult to circumvent, as shifting your routing a bit further away and breaking certain ones as you naturally move removes a lot of that frustration. One mistake I think a lot of people make is hyperfocusing on the teleport, or doing it too often, and not actually patrolling normally enough to punish people out of position/break a few useful locks in the meantime. If you do happen to get a bad locker map, you just gotta re-adjust your playstyle and ambush from weird angles from the ones you do have, there's definitely a skill ceiling there I enjoy. Smaller point, Dredge has a very easy time finding the 4th survivor to 4k, since you can abuse your 3rd kill for a few moments, keep them slugged, and sit in a locker next to them to activate Nightfall before hooking them. If the 4th guy does decide to come pick up, they die. If not, you're now the fastest killer in the game to either find hatch 1st or hear their heartbeat.

I'd disagree about playing legion. I also like going against him cause you can spin him and he makes the little argh sound if he misses, plus legion chicken, but getting a down after 4 stabs is SO satisfying, not to mention running around the map fast as shit is very fun.

As a former Freddy main the reason I loved playing as him was the teleport. It allows to do some Interesting fakes, when chasing a good survivor you can just switch to a new one instantly, using the teleport in chase is EXTREMELY satisfying, after hooking you can just tp to a gen and start a chase, you can put dream snares thru walls allowing for a little bit of engagement, when going against pepegas they usually run into you because of the lullaby. I also like going against him as i know whether or not I can make another loop with my xp with the snares.

the problem is bhvr keeps releasing terribly designed killers that are very boring to play against. They’re too concerned with selling dlc instead of making an enjoyable game. cenobite, artist, dredge, knight, skull merchant, singularity are all garbage. this game is no fun when you don’t ever get to play against fun killers, which is why this game deserves to die.

I don't care about getting tunneled but nemesis is extremely boring to vs. Tentacle has bullshit hitboxes and once it's t2 has little counterplay aside from predropping and I can't count the number of times I've lost games because the zombies quite literally carried the killer the entire match forcing people off gens

Uff i really don't like this list, EU servers might be different but still, for example tombstone mayers is very rare, most of the time its a normal or perma T3 Mayers so its pretty fun and spooky to play against him and not that bad playing as him, i will put him much higher in that regard. Nurse is still toxic and ignore everything this game is about F tier easily, Doctor is very original killer that's way funnier to go against, as Doctor is also quite fun but of course you are also quite weak, but still most people take doctor as a fun pick to go as/against definitely much higher in that regard. Huntress would be tier lower just because nearly half huntresses in EU at least, would camp hooks and play as dirty as possible. Playing against Freddy is quite fun, he can teleport, make himself semi-invisible in distance, without terror-radius, while playing him might be D tier playing against him is quite fun. Yea playing against Plague is nothing but pain, especially if you have randos in your team, definitely not A tier, also prob one of the most boring to play as killers. People love playing against Ghost Face most of the time, and you are one of the very few people who would put him that low. Playing against Blight is miserable, also thinking that only his addons are the problem is too, i meet many Blight mains who destroyed high mmr survi lobbies without any addons only with Lightborn perk, this killer is broken to its core. Wesker in S is ultimate meme opinion, go ask survivors how much they love playing against fourth Wesker in a row going for full tunnel with as sweaty gameplay as possible, with all his bugs its not fun at all, playing against this shit is F tier.

I would differ on your doctor opinion (playing as), there's a large component that you didn't mention which is the 50/50 where you can fake your shock and gain considerable distance. I think that mind game is interesting to play and go against.
