I think it would be epic if there were skins like Carnage, Anti-Venom and that depending on the skin the abilities change.

Or they would have the same abilities, just maybe each symbiote would have different movement physics from every other symbiote, for example, carnage would be way skinnier than a buff symbiote like Venom, Riot, or Anti-Venom, and would have his own animations along with every other symbiote.

Perk ideas: Perfect pairing: your host and you achieve a level of communication far beyond typical human ones. Be able to read the auras of survivors performing rushed actions for 2/4/8 seconds. This perk has a 30 second cooldown. Klyntar rage: your alien fervor provides you with newfound strength. When stunned, receive a 30% speed boost for 4/6/10 seconds. Scourge hook Caught in the web: you intricately craft a trap for survivors. When a survivor is placed on a scourge hook, prevent other survivors from healing for 10/12/14 seconds. Power: Symbiote molding The bioweapon’s form is mailable and changing. It can form its weapon into a sharp blade to instantly down a survivor, a long sword for greater reach, or a spear as a projectile. Side note: it was slightly harder to come up for perks and powers as venom is an incredibly versatile character. I also think “the symbiote” or “the Klyntar” might be a better name, just because Nemisis is in the game as well, and Wesker, who both sort of classify as BOWs. Minor gripe though. Great concept overall.

I mean you're not wrong about the names and great ideas again and fair, I understand that powers can be more or less hard to make especially at a state like this in the game, for sure. The spear is pretty unique though as we have never had a killer with a spear, however I was also thinking that an additional ability for his power is that he could temporarily be able to climb the walls of any structure, this would be useful for loops especially shacks and very big walls. However even though you could make that argument of there already being killers that can be classified as a bioweapon, there is technically no killer that has the name "Bioweapon" that is in the game yet, and imo it would fit Venom perfectly, although now that I think about it "The Biological Butcher" also sounds good, reason being that this describes Venom's biological aspects of his ability to adapt and evolve as a killer as well as his intent to sometimes eat humans whole if he needs to.

No shit he’s an alien lol, thing is we alr got the xenomorph and no killer technically has this name yet, also, bioweapon means more of like a biological weapon, basically just means he is the ultimate natural weapon if you know what I mean, only really being surpassed by another one of his species/other symbiote, that being Riot, although now that I think about he could also have skins of other symbiotes too, Carnage, Riot, Anti-Venom, etc

His abilities is that he could be able to turn into his liquid form and go through tight cracks that you usually can't go in as regular killer form, so small cracks in loops that killers can't go through, Venom would be able to go through, he would also be able to climb the sides of walls temporarily which will be very strong for certain loops and maps. And he also has his symbiote blade which he can morph into multiple kinds, an additional idea from commenter AdamGilbert5530 I want to add on would be that it can turn into a sharp blade and instantly down a survivor, a long sword for longer reach, and also a spear projectile.
