Lisa’s voice almost seems to be hitting lower timbres even better NOW. Her voice hasn’t changed in 30 years. It’s really remarkable ❤ The Cantara from Toward the Within still remains for me though, as like the ultimate example of how insane her voice can get! 😳 😳

Great to still see them out and performing. Each performance is a treasure. There are very few bands/performers doing this type of diverse, world, historically driven and sonically beautiful music. A lot of this music I've never heard before, only ever heard "Children of the Sun" a few years ago on a streaming site. Will explore more of their material now....they are sublime! What an amazin' voice Brendan Perry has, had heard some of Lisa Gerrards solo work . Again what an extraordinary voice and style For a while after hearing Children of the Sun, I assumed Brendan Perry was.... Scott Walker. Silly old thing that I am! :-) Namaste.

I’m 19 years old, and just got tickets to see them at Radio City Music Hall in October. My mom showed me the song “Carnival is Over” last year, and I fell in love with the duo. In Power We Entrust the Love Advocated - Brendan missed the note on solo, it's not a complicated sequence of tones but it's sure hard to play, I could never play the whole circle without mistake, I'm glad not to be alone in that!

Actually, Brendan is a great guitarist. Although I love the absence of guitars in the sound of most DCD songs, he sparsely uses it (especially on Spiritchaser) with great effect. I would love a new DCD album with guitars again!
