This is not madness, not a soulless dance. It's art which expresses how badly we want to free our souls from systematic conditioning. We want to trust each other and lead a harmonious life. Kudos to all the artists for this elegant work which rekindles our subconscious.

Alors, on danse ?!?

This dance is one of my greatest dances ever! It represents our present world perfectly well: - no real religious feeling, or sick religious feeling, - no home feeling - lost in the world - afraid of the world and of each others - entrust - no communication, no work together - our old work is not working at all - estrangement - no shame, no sexual ethics - our lost identity and lots of pain! Congratulations! It is a great job!

All scenes are taken from the Choreography of Pina Bausch and her ensemble. Mostly from the movie "Pina" by Wim Wenders. Some were specificly performed in and around Wuppertal, Germany. The others during shows at the Opera-Theater in Wuppertal. And yes, some scenes are from the "Ride of the Spring" by Strawinsky. Only the first scene is probably taken from the Movie of Anne Linsel about Pina Bausch's project with young boys and girls and her work "Keuschheitslegende". By the way, one of the young boys afterwards became a dancer, what changed totally his life and that of his family to something totally different. In a very positive meaning.
