another thing worth metioning with the hand hook is also the interaction it has with marias cat. if you have the cat perched on your shoulder it will still count as an 'entity' or 'wall' and you can get constant crits. it might also be the most reliable source along with the swam grenade.

If you think about it the star fury both a melee and and ranged weapon because if you hit the enemy with the star fury the stars would hit the enemy that you are hitting and the other enemies that are on screen

In my games the tentacle became one of my favorite options to play without a shield, it's quite useful defensively even against bosses thanks to that moment of invincibility, I've even managed to defeat the collector without taking damage, I also tend to use it more as a weapon Secondary from a distance since if you choose one with a good level it can do a lot of damage, and together with a fast sword you can make great combos, up close you massacre enemies with your sword and from afar you hook them and take him with a powerful blow and you finish off with your sword, if you master it well it's very cool

Ramparts Shield is the sole reason i got a Flawless Collector fight because i didnt see the last attack in their melee string but the bubble sheilded me from it letting me get the flawless. Great shield.

Rampart is also basically* a guaranteed safe heal if you're decent at parrying too, which is super nice and basically hard carried me through high level boss rushes lmao

Wow, the serenade’s swap reminds me so much of the mechanic from Nuclear Throne called hot swap. Basically you fire a weapon, then pick up another from the ground, fire it, and pick up the first one still spamming attack. Reload cooldown resets every time you drop a weapon so it turns into chaos very quickly. You need to watch out for ammo thou

Start fire what's that sword name? That puts 2 meteor in enemy whenever you hit a enemy i used that to cheese so many bosses like clock master it basically works when there is a door in boss fight just hit the door as much as you can you will get crits on bosses by far it's the best weapon i ever weilded
