Hi my littlest bundles of iceberg lettuce!!!
Today I had my very good, funny, and long time friend Christian Pierce (@capstagramm on Instagram) on the show!!! We talk about high school, Real Bros of Simi Valley and my ardent hate for grills.

2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
1 package of burgy buns
Unsalted butter
American (or literally whatever cheese you like)
Toppings and condiments up to you, but here are some ideas:
Ketchup
Mustard
Mayo
Pickles
Onions (raw or grilled)
Tomato
Lettuce
You get it
Bring your skillet/flattop/griddle to a medium-high heat and add your butter.
Toast your buns until golden brown and transfer to a wire rack in a low oven (200f).
Add more butter and put your measured out burger balls onto the surface. Season to taste. Smash until as thin as you like (they shrink!)
Flip after 2-3 minutes or crispy and crunchy on the bottom.
Season this side as well with some salty pep.
Add your cheese
Pull your buns out of the oven WITH MITS and assemble!
