I’m 9 hours late but HECK YEAH IT’S HERE! I love this animation beyond words. The story concept is really good and unique, and I love it, not to mention the great drawings and the fact that it feels emotional and vulnerable when it needs to be. The fact that you included a bit of Mono’s voiced gasps in it is great. The song choice is phenomenal. What more to say? The parallels between Six dropping Mono at the beginning and Mono holding on to Six at the end, leaving us on the edge as to whether she meets the same fate she doomed her friend to live. The “Shadow Mono” appearing briefly at certain moments. Six dwelling on her decision to let Mono go. Showing Mono’s perspective of his younger self destroying the Thin Man/Mono. It’s all so…. MMMMMM In conclusion, this is delicious art and an amazing animatic.
