The blood and gore looks amazing right? Well, probably the BIGGEST issue is that the blood seems to only last like 10 seconds before disappearing, which obviously means that killing zombies won't make you feel good or badass after you're done. You won't even get the full aftermath. And of course, the aftermath is one of the most satisfying and important things about killing in any game. Seeing what kind of mess you made!

I've been looking forward to Dead Island 2 since that trailer was released YEARS ago.. Dead Island 1 was one of my all time favorite games, so many fun memories. I really hope this game succeeds, can't wait until it drops and hopefully it runs good on Steam Deck

Seriously? A zombie game where zombies move slow or not at all is supposed to be fun? Newsflash devs: If the zombies arent damgerpus, then its not a true zombie game. Where are the runners? Berzerkers? Anything that actually represents your under threat. Zombies I can just run past with no danger is NOT a good zombie game. This is what happems when a game is passed around from studio to studio. Good scenery wont hide the fact this game will be boring within 20mins of starting most likely. Smh. Dying Light 2 wasn’t really a disaster. I just think a lot of new people were targeted. From someone who played dying light on release to playing dying light 2? Yeah, it wasn’t the best. But the developers have been so good at listening to the community. I just re-played it and was shocked at how smooth the game was compared to launch. It’s still an amazing game, but to each there own. I’m excited for this game , dead island 2. Because of the immersion. The flesh system looks awesome
