Dead Mall: 90s timepiece, Valley View Mall.

While it may not be lacking tenants, Valley View lacks a strong clientele. On the day I was here, all the stores were open, but there was a handful of people in the mall. It doesn’t help that three of the four anchors don’t open into the mall. Join me on this tour of the 90s spender that is Valley View Mall.
