Of the NPCs, Ying’er is my favorite, as for playable characters, it’s either Keqing or a character you haven’t met yet, Bird Mom, well, her human form at least

Main Ningguang here since before Inazuma patch, first thing you learn about her is the 3 g's in the name, yes, her attack pattern is kinda clunky, there is a catch, you need to keep pushing forward to attack 2-3 times to do a follow charge attack, her damage is quite good to destroy elemental shields from pesky mages, anything pure elemental like oceanids or the electro kind, the only nemesis is the geo slimes, her range of damage is good if she's well build in DPS manner, all these perks makes people consider her a hidden 5 stars, she carried me in the most difficult content of the game, that's why I'm grateful to the character, now she is a good partner to my Navia, hope this is a good exposition of her, the game have that one first special character who is not who you expect but who you need.

Love to seeing you reaction to opening the chest in the Bank. That's not something you see often. Ying'er on the other hand is a right of passage. They say there are two stages in a man's life, before meeting her and after. Ganyu was actually my favourite Liyue character for a while. Both personality/story and gameplay wise I love her so much, but Shenhe broke and stole my hearth when she came out, but you'll see that eventually. Also yeah, Baizhu has been in the game since 1.0. I guess he was a seed so that people don't forget Dendro was coming :D

Ahhh Ying'er, the best of the best, the new fontaine perfumer playable character has big shoes to fill to become my favorite perfumer in the game, love seeing everyone's reactions to her Favorite character from Liyue has to be Xianyun/cloud retainer, her story, fun personality, voice acting, design, and gameplay is all just top tier in my opinion You didn't ask, but I'll also list my other favorites, Mondstadt-Jean, Inazuma-Itto, Fontaine-Navia and lastly, the best of all, Sumeru-Dehya. I feel the same with the multiple dialogue choices being a bit redundant, but It sort of makes it feel like the traveler and the player is still participating in the conversation, instead of y'know, just standing around and letting paimon do all the work, would've been cool to have those parts voiced where we don't have much of a choice in dialogue, but also I kind of feel that would be a bit jarring, I'm not sure. Love this episode, I enjoy this part of the Liyue quest a lot, even though it's just fetch quests, we find out more about the world as well as some playable characters, I remember laughing wild during the Qiqi part of the quest, good memories. Glad you finally got to see Ganyu!!! I know the feeling of meeting your favorite without actually ever having met them before, It was the same with me with Dehya in Sumeru, I was literally freaking out when she first appeared on screen for like 10 minutes before pressing continue in dialogue, I love the characters in this game so much man... Ninguangg I've tried her, she's a bit underwhelming, but I've actually never properly invested into her before, if her kit/playstyle had a bit more current version level polish I would actually really like her, accumulating stacks through normal attacks and then attacking with charged attacks is quite interesting, I like her barrier skill, but wish it had more of an use, like it acted like an actual wall that the player can pass through but enemies cant instead of just for projectiles, similar to zhongli's pillar, but overall she's a neat and unique character, that unfortunately just suffers from 4 star stats as a dps like most of them I guess, but I've heard people that main her that she's good, also her free skin is great!

Zhongli is always broke, I would love to overhear a conversation between Ying’er and Lisa, Qiqi is so adorable and I think everyone said that when they saw Baizhu, I played his story quest and gained a lot of respect for him, Childe is sus, and you finally got to meet your beloved. Next up, you will meet who I call Genshin’s version of Mark Cuban, Ninguang

Anyone who plays this game, have been forced to be baptised by Ying'er affection. And honestly I am all for it. No matter how many favourite character I might have, Ying'er need to be protected. Btw, I honestely dont know if this would be spoiler so if anyone can let me know it would be helpfuly...here is the hint for those that have played it. Hint: The limited event where Collie meets Amber and Tighniari along with Cyno meet Albedo....thats where we learn something intresting about Ying'er. (would that be spoiler?) Also I had a tough time deciding on who my fave was between Shenha and Ganyu, untill I heard that carne mom was introduced, and even better, as a playable character. So by default bird mom became my liuye fav...all 3 in one.
