I’m sure you’ve seen this by now, but there’s an exploit you can do on the round 56-60 arena where if you boost at the little space in between the bottom left pillar next to the stairs and the wall, you’ll scale the wall and you can land on top of the pillar and use it as a god spot. I’m not sure how widespread this is, but I’ve seen at least one other person do this before.

It's a bit lowkey but a few people have known about it for a while now. Usually you'll see it from people in Public lobbies if the match goes that far. I don't think it's practical for exploiting higher rounds though, due to Megatons targeting you with ranged attacks.

I played a duo with a random about a month ago and when we got to the mamaback fight he started firing where she was spawning at and it killed her instantly right before she spawned. Don’t know if it was a glitch or hacks if that’s a thing in doa3. He also did that to the margwa. It made me feel greasy. If it’s a glitch and you exploit it is it cheating or??? With the margwa he started shooting right as we spawned into the fight and it killed it INSTANTLY.😢

Wait they removed the third fate from 9x multiplier? I know that I was never going to do that anyhow, but that has to suck for someone. When did that happen?

Third Fate as the max 9x reward lasted from February 4 - June 16, 2021. The max 9x reward is now all players have their Lives, Nukes, Boosts, and Keys filled up to the max (9 or 10 each). It was changed to be less overpowered.

@@TheMoZProject Do you agree with that from a balance perspective? I feel like 9x was difficult enough to warrant a third fate, but that might because I'm bad at the game.

I agreed with the decision and didn't like its inclusion from the moment I saw it added. However, I never made a big fuss about it, because only a couple players managed to achieve it for the first couple months, so I didn't think of it as a major threat to game balance at the time. Then with players getting better over time, and updates made to the game which increased Key/Loot opportunities, a lot more players were capable of maxing out the 9x. Nowadays, players can max it out by Round 64, if not sooner. I think one player maxed it out before Round 30 once. So the meta would have shifted entirely towards 3-fate games for high rounds, which I don't think is healthy for balance.
