And she's playable, online too. Though her damage is nerfed severely, teleport is reversal only, no wakeup attacks, longest float time(easier to combo against) and her strings are easily predictable with little mix up opportunity forcing users to improvise. If anything she needs a slight buff.

rtyrtyrty123123123 my favorite thing with her was when you were pinned against a wall, depending on the move, and she’d teleport from the wall upon getting up. She didn’t have a wake up attack other than that kick that Kasumi has, but I would always quick-get up and then do her RUSH grab (which is an offensive hold that beats attacks) to stop opponents from rushing in at me. I loved her in DOA5. Was upset when she didn’t return for DOA6

Doa 5 last round took her two guard breaks and unique sidestep which is just ridiculous. The bottom line is this she wasn’t a well liked character. Here’s my suggestion leave her guard breaks and unique sidestep also give her a wake up teleport when and only when pressured. Her offense is predictable virtually no safe move only two. If Christie can jaekio and Kasumi can parry even when hit then alpha should at least have those options.

Problem with using the full offensive is that she'll easily just teleport then pull out an OH to do half of your HP in no time flat. It's best to just let her teleport away, get some distance then do a running attack. Poke here and there, and if she holds, throw her. Hard. It sounds hard but really, she's pretty easy, like you said. TBH though I think the AI in general is easier on Hardest.

Yeah, I think you're right. During gameplay the song adds in the sounds of Alpha owning your ass with explosive throws that take out 60% of your health. Still a sick song though. I HATE YOU ALPHA-152!

The difficulty was higher then normal, the character itself wasn't the problem. Alpha-152 is weak on defence and teleports mainly instead of countering.

I actually find Alpha easy to beat now even on the hardest difficulty. At first she was a bitch but like Shao Khan in Mortal Kombat she became easy to beat. She only has a few preset combos so memorize them and counter them and be sure to keep your distance to avoid the throws. You could get away with full offensive most of the time since Alpha doesn't have any counters, just the teleport.
