Actually my poco F1 got battery drain issue , heating issue for about more 6months, by sometimes if it's fully battery drained, i charge the mobile, then it will boot, works as normal. But one week before after my mobile is fully drained in night time, so next morning i put charging the mobile, at the charging port light blinks, no battery icon shows it's charging, just this white light blinks at the charging port. Tried with power bank, charged with another power output , no charging, just this light blinks at charging port . I gave it to local repair shop, with another charging port and new battery, he tells nothing happened, told me to pick up my mobile back. Told me to go to Mi service centre, but I am worrying much becoz they told me before when I had battery heat drain, heat issue problem to backup the data from my mobile before giving for repair to Mi service, but now i don't know what to do next.. I want to have my data safely in my Poco F1 , i am worried much, is there another way for how to safely repair this device without losing data(photos,videos, messages, notes, contacts, mobile bookmarks).
