*"It's payback time!"* Watch the meter representing Katey & Stacey's distance to the zombies/Rebecca's health in the lower right corner. This meter will slowly deplete over the course of the fight, and if it fully depletes, Katey & Stacey will become zombie chow/Rebecca will bleed out, and the game will end. The meter will flash red if Katey & Stacey are almost to the ground/Rebecca is about to bleed out. To raise the meter, approach the crank/Rebecca, press B/Circle, and mash A/X as quickly as possible to turn the crank/patch Rebecca up, but be careful, TK's not just gonna stand around while you try to save them. TK's charge attack will deal a lot of damage and stun Chuck/Frank if they're hit by it and fail to do the QTEs, leaving TK free to either kick the crank/stomp on Rebecca, drastically reducing the meter. Succeeding the QTE will instead damage TK and stun him. Use the dodge roll if you have it unlocked to avoid this attack. (Only Chuck needs to unlock the dodge roll, Frank always starts with it unlocked) He will also force a QTE if he catches them turning the crank/healing Rebecca, which carries the same penalty for failure. TK will taunt just before he kicks the crank/stomps on Rebecca, so if you're quick, it's possible to interrupt this. There's supplies off to the sides, but entering either of them will cause TK to activate fireworks, which will do massive damage if they reach Chuck/Frank and knock him down. TK also has a submachine gun which he will use if he can't reach them. Landing a hit with the double drop kick (Chuck only, hold X/Square while jumping, cannot be interrupted, negates fall damage, leaves Chuck vulnerable while on the ground) if you have it unlocked will stun TK briefly, and getting him with a dynamite explosion or the moose head's charge will send him flying. Remember, hold X/Square to use a weapon's heavy attack if it has one. If both of you charge at each other, you will knock each other down. The moose head is a heavy weapon, so Chuck/Frank will drop it if they switch items, dodge, or get hit. TK was smart enough to disarm Chuck/Frank when he zapped them unconscious, so you'll have to fight him with whatever happens to be around the arena, or if that fails, your bare hands. The cement saw on the scaffolding is the most damaging weapon in the arena, but in addition to being a heavy weapon, it also needs to be revved up, leaving Chuck/Frank vulnerable. In the original game, Chuck comes in with whatever health he had when he entered, but in Off the Record, Frank gets a full heal just as the fight begins.

Canonically, Chuck was never bitten, same with Frank and Nick If it shows how they are bitten in a cinematic, then he was canonically bitten (Like Nick when he was bitten, and he is immune)

@hazer2011 LOL yay I know, The bad guy's in DR 2 were much better then DR, Sully really made me sick with his attempts to justfy the outbreaks, but TK was just a bastard who wanted money and power and didn't try to lie about his reasons behind causing the outbreak unlike Sully, He only went after Chuck cause he ruined everthing by not dying and taking the blame for it like he was suppose too LOL
