I would say that Dead Raising 1 isn't underappreciated, sure it's a bit more obscure then most games but the games sold millions. and if the backlash for DR4 is anything to write home about is that a lot of people adore this game.

deadrising basically turns the fantasy of being alone on mall into gameplay mechanic, transforming it into a sandbox game where you can't take and use anything on the mall, even cooking on the food court. And having the addition of zombies to inflict violence on something, and i loved every second of it, brilliant game and it didn't even need to be gloomy or grimdark, it also had a little of goofyness and colors which makes it stand out

I do wonder how the fuck does Foekoe make me agree on almost everything he says or tells me. I do not understand how he makes me hate everything he hates and love everything he loves. Is Foekoe a magician? Probably but the main part is he's honestly a pretty relatable of a guy. He tells everything with detail which is honestly very cool! I'll probably keep this guy in my heart for years or the rest of my life. But I cannot wait for Karlson to release and him to review it lol.

it was the first xbox 360 game i was introduced to and i honestly loved it with the psychopaths being a great take on a human antagonist that was not just a big group killing other big group because of supplies or you killed one of them. it was a person in the middle of the madness either taking advantage of the situation or just coping in anger from what they lost

I don't think resident evil 4 "change the gaming landscape" it of course did impact it but didn't change it for years to come. It had a very good way of setting the tone and fixed issues the prior games had to bring in players who didn't enjoy the old ones like for example the camera angles. But there's plenty of other horror survival games at the time that had their own features to the table best examples I can give is Condemned and FEAR. Both having great gameplay and combat but also being unsettling and creepy similar to that of RE4.

Another thing I've always loved about the series is that it presents outbreaks as completely manageable (practically treated like a natural disaster by some). It doesn't make your character the only capable one that exists, and the world hasn't fallen apart, just changed, and certainly for the worse.

After the hell whole that was your discord, May this great video be a redemption. I remember spending hours attempting to save all survivors, being so emersed into this. Even when I put the game down I would strategize how to save everyone, for me I obviously didn't know where they all where. But too me, that was the best run because it made the ending feel that much more impactful. This game told a deep story, and I searched tooth and nail to find it. This truly is the best single player zombie game ever made
