I wonder, genuinely how many people figured out the NICOLE IS DEAD on their own before they heard about it elsewhere? It's such a famous spoiler by this point that it'd be pretty hard I imagine, but maybe back during the original 2008 release, perhaps there's some from around that time. I certainly didn't figure it out myself.

It's a common horror trope in other media so I kept mentioning this in chat to a friend while playing "my probably dead gf / wife" over and over again. The game reminded me of three movies and Event Horizon is one of them that would make you expect this element.

Great game and some incredible details you've managed to find, that I had no clue about. Back when the game was released, after I finished it for the first time, I was really inpressed when I learned about that message hidden in chapter names. Not yet. I don't have a current gen console at the moment. Just been focusing on older games. All my time is spent playing through each of these games and using my game capture card to get the right footage put together for these videos.🙂 But the remake looks great from what I've seen of it.

In the executive room there is a hallway of portraits. Obviously, the Unitology religion is a satire of Scientology (especially once you read the newspaper clipping text logs). One of the portraits looks like a famous portrait of L. Ron Hubbard.

To the First Letter of every chapter Easter Egg. In the last letter of each word, you have a boss fight. And i think in the chapters of "D.E.A.D." is in each chapter the Death of Hammond, Mercer, Kyne and Kendra. But i am not sure. Still one of my favorite Horror Games. I didn´t played the Remake, since i don´t have a PS5.
