I just defeated the boss just now. Before entering the boss room, you must collect all 4 keys in the sewer. When entering the boss room, you must use stimulants. Injections make you run faster Wasted 30-40 bandages and 5-6 medical kit bags haha.

I can confidently say that the boss is not difficult, I killed him in hard mode, and now I can give you some advice:100 bandages will definitely be enough,5 adrenaline,I advise you to take 2 simulants,10 splint,machine gun.Good luck bro

To get to the boss room go to 3rd sewer then on your left is a door then take a left then the 4 chances appear. You don't lose ur items when u die but if there is no more chances u actually die

How to defeat it in apocalypse? The boss it self is not that hard, the problem is the zombies is too much and has very high health so i can never touch the boss. Maybe its my skill issue

Yes it's hard maybe try to collect resources first and try to run in circles it'll help. At that mode its hard because you'll get lesser drones just keep doing it again and again you'll defeat it eventually
