Deadlife is a master at his craft ngl. This song can transmit that cyberpunk vibe so damn well, that I want to start a tabletop campaign just to have an excuse to use this. Just imagine, three runners outdoors in a rainy night, staring at the cybercity skyline beyond the canal, leaning on a sleek muscle car. One is texting on her phone, the other lighting up a cigarrette, and the last staring at a photograph of his late spouse. Then they share eye contact, and without uttering a single word, they know that after today's job, they're not strangers anymore - they're a team. -- all the while this amazing song just sets the mood, slowly building up Jesus, I have to get this campaign going xD

it makes you yearn for simpler times. remember places and faces long since faded into memory. I heard it, and this person came to mind. I have not seen him since I was 4, but for some reason, his face was burned into my mind. A face, and a name. that's all that remains from my memory of that time. a face, a name, and wishing I got to tell my friend goodbye.
