Yes please to seeing a grip session. My grip keeps failing on my deadlift PB attempts and as I train as a powerlifter I don't use straps. Great video by the way, I love watching your sessions.

Baby hair tip it's a sign of a thyroid issue. I had it for years. Have 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt in orange juice a few times a day especially morning and training drink. Hope it helps mine has gone. We love your videos and yes to the grip video please 💗

Well done, you are strong. The thought you put behind turning the sandbag vertical instead of horisontal... I think you cheat yourself to a harder lift that way; I see you grab the bag half way up, having to lift the bottom to shoulder height. Now, with the bag standing up, the distance from half way up to bottom is bigger, than the distance from half way up to bottom, if the bag lies down....

Because she competed then in OSG WORLDS and came 3rd in her weight class? Just a few of the possible reasons she has multiple titles to her name 🤷🏼‍♂️
