7:58 Not a visual bug. I know that event. Geist got stunned mid ultimate, therefore it gets refreshed. I've also had that encounter where I finished of Geist in the middle of ultimate animation and she didn't health swap, but visuals still happened.

I play Geist and can confirm. Health Swap isn't instant, it has a small buffer of around 1 sec, so it happens closer to the end of the animation. I can't count the number of times I wait too late and die before it swaps or the opponent walks slightly out of range but it still plays the sound.
