ITU is slow. So slow! that usage of a charecter like JET will nullify anything ITU can conjure.

Do not forget that itu can slow down time and attack you while you have cooldown from your attack or slow down you in the beginning of attack and slash you. Still there is characters like cobra, jet, monkey king who have bigger chance in the fight against itu.
