⚠️ spoilers ahead: Bhaiya, it was THE movie to nerd out on. Electra, Blade and Gambit was peak nostalgia. The Fantastic Four cameo was out of the blue and brilliant! And finally we get to see the multiverse Deadpools and the Dogpool onscreen after only seeing experiencing them in comic book pages. This movie is for the nerds. Most of it will be lost on general audience (Avengers bajana batch) if they didn’t watch Loki TV series, followed X-Men and Wolverine timelines closely. The pay off was huge!! Would definitely watch it again a second or third time.

I'd say there are plot holes but its not that plot itself is non-existent. Its a soft 7/10 for me story wise but the nostalgia bumps it up to 9/10. You have to understand that this movie is also a homage to 2000s X-men movies that provided a stencil for high budget ensemble comic book movies. Blade is one of the first dark(no pun intended, c'mon now) superheroes that Millennials absolutely love. And the fact that they gave those cameos somewhat of a purpose is appreciable. Reg Wolverine, I think they took the best route to bring back the character. Logan, like you said, is a solid, compelling movie that gave his character an excellent, heart-touching send-off. Bringing the same version of him back would be disrespectful and seem non-consequential of that movie's events. But the fact that its a different Logan from a diff Universe with a diff payoff makes it somewhat okay to me. I mean, if Hugh wants to play the role then Fk Yeah, bro.. LFG! Did you not see how well he portrayed the emotional scenes in this movie? Hugh Jackman IS Wolverine/Logan. I mean, surely you would agree that having Prabhas in Baahubali hits you different when he does those incredible things, when compared to having any other b-list actor in that place. no? So I think you should give these 'nostalgia bites or fan service' the importance it deserves. When done in moderation and with care, it just shows to me that the creators are doing it for the audience. I mean, what else is the point of a movie if not to entertain its audience? At the end of the day, I think a movie is not just about how tight the plot is. Its as important to pay attention to how the characters are written and portrayed and the feelings that invokes in you. Why do we have to pretend that absolute objectivity is a thing that movie critics do, without letting their emotions & biases seep in & effect their analysis, even if at a sub-conscious level? That's my opinion. Lastly, I have been following you for a while now and greatly appreciate the quality & authenticity you bring to Telugu movie reviews. Yeah, lets take that bar high. Cheers bro.

Completely agree with your review bro,I enjoyed dp1 and dp2 a lot.What made deadpool deadpool was the sidecast of blind al,dopinder,others with the stakes being not ending of everything.Just a simple relatable story with funy dialogues. They just decided that more cuss words = more funny dialogues. It might be a good marvel movie with the cameos and stuff but the soul of deadpool is not there. I even slept off at one point during wolverine backstory. Im just tired of this reality ending stakes in every movie,and thats what appealed to me in deadpool that the stakes were simple.

I would absolutely hate that for Doom. he is thoroughly a master villain that is able to defeat cosmic entities with his smarts and guile. As a marvel fan I understand the film is mediocre. But, it’s the expectation ppl had that led to disappointment. Right from the get go I knew it was a cash grab, I went in for Shawn levy. And wasn’t disappointed with his film making techniques, especially the opening act. Nonetheless, the movie had paper thin plot. Every movie is not setup or pay of. Some are meant to be fun rides.

Maybe you’re not familiar with deadpool franchise, the whole series has always been unique action and comedy with simple storyline. Also the main Wolverine in this movie is different to the one in Logan they didn’t bring anyone back to life in the movie
