Hi there, to the explanation: Before the cast arrived at the event, 2 fans competed against each other in a quiz and the winner was the girl. She was told that she would have to come back on stage at a later date to collect her special prize. The Adidas football was one of the official match balls from the European Championship quarter-final match between the Netherlands and Turkey the previous evening in Berlin, provided to the production by UEFA. That was the backstory to the handover of the ball signed by the cast to the girl, who in my opinion was simply extremely nervous at that moment and therefore left the stage relatively quickly without any further words of thanks. Not everyone can handle it well when Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and over 4,000 other people are suddenly watching you and are intimidated accordingly, which can come across as rude to some viewers, but she definitely didn't mean it that way. When she won the challenge on stage against the other fan, she was very happy.
