Besides the Tower and Fortress battles not being available in the PS3 version, I don’t know any other differences. I haven’t played this in PS3 😓

That jewel surrounded by skulls image is an indicator on when you can skip to the final stage. Once all 3 skulls are removed, you can go to the secret treasure (the final) stage.
