Hey Alex, Been a HUGE fan for years now and im curious about how you recover after long sessions. These D1 athletes take recovery very very serious. same as PRO athletes. Do you recovery in a similar way to them or are you abit more chill about it. Honestly AB your go harder than most pros in any sport SWEET B-Roll!!
