Thank you for the video. Very informative. You gave the part numbers for the s1 and s2 resistors. Can you also give the the part numbers or model numbers for the output mosfets Q20-Q19 Q10-Q9 please. Or where I can find the information.

Is the IRS20957 a driver for the output FETs in a similar way that the TL494 is a driver for the power supply FETs?

Yea that is a good way to think about it. But it accepts a input signal and converts it to a digital high and low output signal to drive the fets. Then output filtering makes it into a more suitable signal for the speakers.
