Actually your pilots are good but unable to pass the exam because of poor early education and lack of poor English language.Their skill is good. Support your pilots.

Whats wrong in it? Each pilot under go various physical tests and reports are submitted to Chief Aviation Doctor. He reads Parameters and reports and endorse him medical fitness certificate. A doctor being deaf doesn't mean, he incapable of his work. He does his duty with auxiliary instrument for ear pairing. I have seen many doctors, in India has ear pairing issue. I too has Commercial Pilot License, with 650 hrs. 400 hrs as single engine, 200 hrs in twin engine, 50 hrs as aTyoe rating A320. I has endorsements of Cessna 152A.Cessna 172, Diamond 20, Diamond 42, Piper Seneca. Still I fly to keep my license active.

Issue about Pakistan Pilots is most of them train in Philippines, where they over log flying hours, and give money for conversion of license in Pakistan without facing test and achieve their flying license. As a Pilot I knew well, they spend lot of money in Philippines in enjoyment and bribe Chief Flying Instructures in Philippines Flying Clubs. Pak Pilot are very less who train in US, they won't even get visa after Twin tower issue. That's why they go either Canada and Philippines. Canada is also costly compare to Philippines.

Madam., please learn before making a statement. A doctor who is deaf with one ear does not affect his duty as a doctor. There is nothing wrong as long as he is a registered doctor and approved by the CAA to carryout the medical test. Why don't the journalist association conduct a competency test before registering a journalist, so that he/she do not deliver news/comments without proper knowledge.
