DeAgostini - Build The Knight Rider Car - Parts 1 and 2

YES I subscribed to this long long ago, and surprise! I'm FINALLY getting to start it off! I've called it "DeAgostini" - some may be thinking "but..but..it's Fanhome!". Fanhome ARE DeAgostini :) There is no differentiation other than what DeAgostini are now choosing to differentiate on their 2 main sites.
When I was little, of course I wanted to drive the real K.I.T.T. But then I would have wanted a toy. Back then none really existed. Later we did get some, but NOTHING as big as this, or that did anywhere even close to as much.
Some have said "you really need the front lighting grills, otherwise it's not screen accurate".
To those people wasting their money on the mod for those:
• 1982 KITT From "Knight...
That is one of the ACTUAL SCREEN USED cars from the series - oh look no grills!
However, I HAVE invested in the little tiny LCD monitor mods, as I just couldn't build a K.I.T.T. without those! This will also mean I don't need batteries as my model will be USB powered. Can't wait..LET'S DO THIS!!

so pleased you are doing this, I did see it and thought about it myself but I changed my mind when i keep looking at my R2D2 and wondering if i will ever do anything with it again. Looking forward to following this one and a more successful outcome than the last. Take care
