I recommend you use 100% armor on the Deluxo. This will allow you to survive 2 e-rounds, exploding on the third. Really useful against e-round spammers. Not sure if this applies to the railgun though, I never faced someone with a railgun.

12:29 Unless an update has changed this, FMJ rounds go all vehicles including this one and its windshield (although the windshield will not be damaged), possibly damaging those in the vehicle. There's enough MK II assault rifles to make it easy to equip one of them with FMJ rounds. Equip the thermal vision to make aiming at a vehicle's drivers and passengers easy

FMJ rounds don’t penetrate the front of the half track. It’s basically a godmode speedo that you can throw explosives from.
