I want to be a travel agent. Unfortunately, my Debbie downer is my own internal anxiety. I worry about if I can be successful in getting clients and maintaining clients. Because I don’t have the luxury that I think some people have of having family and friends I asked my dad who goes on cruises a lot if I became a travel agent would he book with me and he straight up, said no. I also worry about what I should specialize in as a travel agent because I don’t want to join a market specialization that is over saturated because then what is that person‘s reason to choose me over others. But at the same time I don’t want to choose a real small market that practically nobody uses, I’m also not a very good public speaker or video maker so if I did become a travel agent, I don’t think that I’d be able to advertise myself well with video like reels or KZbin videos. And I have a learning disability that makes writing very hard, so I’m worried about how I can do marketing to get my name out there if I do become one?
