Shifting my perspective on routines has been lowkey revolutionary this year. As a serotonin+dopamine challenged being, I struggle to maintain daily routines (and "get back on the horse" if I don't). For the last few months I've created a checklist of things that help me maintain my baseline throughout the week and I just check them off on days I feel like I can do them! Time outside, vacuum the house, call a friend, etc. It's a living document, but it's helped so much! ❤

I'm usually the kind of person who has their pre-Monday crisis on Sundays and your vlogs are always the moment where I tell myself I'm gonna chill for a bit, just breathe and watch the video haha. The calm vibe always helps with that. I get why you call your content "intentionally slow", because the pacing and atmosphere always feel deliberate, but it also feels spontaneous and genuine. I've only been to Calgary once. I didn't know what to expect, but have pleasant memories. We'd driven from Vancouver intending to drive all the way to Montreal. We were stupid. We just didn't appreciate how big Canada actually is. We got the plane from Calgary !
