i think the gourmet cooking skill unlocks at level 5 of the regular cooking skill, but i could be wrong. teens should be able to do it. i love this series so much

I believe you unlock the opportunity of the gourmet cooking skill by reaching level 5 of the cooking skill. So have Persie practice cooking first until she reaches her level 5 and then have her do gourmet meals to start improving her gourmet cooking skill until she reaches her max level of level 10.

I know you don't like mods but I think you should get LittleMsSam's mod for gardening workaround fix. I got it on Curseforge so it tells me when it needs updated too. Super easy and no more glitched plants. ❤
