Sir, great video as always . Always love to hear from you whether it's related to medical field or other life realted issues. Sir one thing we as a medicos are lagging behind in communication with the patients these days. After internship we all are busy preparing for pg entrance exams and all completely shutting ourselves from the outside world. I think one year of rural service is necessary to fillup that communication gap and experiencing ourselves how outside world runs. Thank you sir 🙏

Being an introvert and jr dr..i have faced so many times ...thank you so much sir for raising the issue..but one thing sir..when i have become an incharge..my staff was very happy with me and my behaviour..even some times i scold them in proper way.
