I'll also say that it's likely Ambrose is tired; maybe he's groggy from meds - but regardless, I respect the hell out of him. Pro wrestlers have a VERY, very damn hard lifestyle to maintain, especially by guys like him and the other Shield members who not only work their butts off every time in the ring, but are also highly popular and in demand. The only way anyone can really be successful in pro wrestling is if their heart is in it 110%. The attraction of fame and fortune alone will be not enough; only a microscopic fraction of pro wrestlers ever get to a level like Undertaker, HBK, Stone Cold, etc.

If Ambrose IS drunk, I think he still makes more sense than a lot of people do sober! I totally agree with him on all his major points regarding The Shield's success: the lack of "old school" in the business; having a workhorse ethic and thus great dependibility; the (blessed!) luck of talent, charisma, and chemisty the 3 Shield members have together. Plus having the Wyatts and The Shield in WWE at the same time has also been so great for them AND the fans. Usually when new talent comes in I don't like to seem them pushed to the top so fast (as Lesnar was): but these six men have SHOWN that they well deserve to be where they are with their athleticism, talent, and deep respect for the (old-school) business. :-)
