Dean and Cas "Cold" (+15x18)

YOU GUYS. WHAT THE HELL. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN.
I'll start off by warning you that there are spoilers for 15x18 in this video, though I don't know how you could have existed on the internet this last week and not known exactly what went down in Supernatural. I'd had hope and read plenty of tumblr theories pertaining to these last few episodes, but I don't know if I ever really believed that they would pull the trigger on destiel. BUT THEY DID. We now know, canonically, that Cas has been in love with Dean for years. That his original confession in 12x12 started and ended with Dean. That all of the subtext in the scripts and the nuances to Misha's acting were on purpose. God, what a world. I flipped out enough when 15x17 happened and Chuck admitted that he cannot and hasn't been controlling Cas, but I was completely unprepared for my absolutely feral and insane reaction to 15x18. I am still not over it and I doubt I ever will be. I don't know how this show will finish in the next two episodes (though I have my theories) but I do have faith that we haven't seen the last of our angel and that we will get Dean's response to that confession before the series wrap. But damn, doesn't that 11x17 quote hit different now? I just feel like screaming "LOOK AT ALL THIS INTENTIONAL SUBTEXT WE HAVE BEEN CATCHING ONTO FOR YEARS NOW IT WAS ALL REAL WE WERE RIGHT" from every rooftop.
About this video itself: I have wanted to vid this song ever since I heard it used on a Leo/April vid (anyone remember Chasing Life?) like five years ago, but I never felt like I had a ship that was epically tragic enough to warrant its use. But then Destiel came along and ruined me in the worst way, so here we are, I hope you guys enjoy! (Oh, and for you guys who voted in the "when should I upload this" poll, sorry for not actually uploading at any of those times, my hubris about being able to finish the last 15 seconds --fitting in the last clips is always a struggle and I had a horrible time this vid in particular-- made everything get thrown off track and then I had to rerender like 3 times! I'm just glad I was able to upload it on the same day as I promised it'd be up)
