Some people say that Jo and Dean's relationship was not real, it was just a meaningless flirtation. But I really think that when she died, after he kissed her, Dean really discovered that he loved her. And I wish that they hadn't killed her off.

Yes they flirted and he mainly tried to treat her like a little sister but I like to think that Dean would've discovered there was potential for so much more between them because Jo stood her ground with him and knew just how to get through and make him show his more vulnerable side. This could've been such an interesting relationship on so many levels.

this brought tears to my eyes.... Jo is my favorite character and the thought of Jo and Dean is amazing they would've done great(probally break up partly because I like Lisa and Dean a bit better) But the thought that Jo and Dean could've been together and now she's gone just brings so many tears.

love this video tribute to the Dean/Jo relationship. It's sad that because so many fans did not like the character of Jo that she was killed off, she was great and would have been a perfect fit for Dean. At least she went down the way she would have wanted, saving Dean's life and fighting.

This made me cry =( I hate how they had to kill off Jo, she was sooooo perfect for Dean! Unlike Lisa >> Jo and Dean had so much chemistry, and I loved Jo. Out of all the female characters on Supernatural, Jo was my favorite! All the others I hated, well 'cept for Ruby. +Sama Wasin They want Sam and Dean to die alone. I get that the point of the show is the two brothers fighting monsters and not romance but I don't care. I just want them both to fall in love and raise families. they could still be hunter families.i guess that's why I don't like most superhero storyline where the hero has to give up his family and the girl he loves or they will die.
