Dean/Castiel growth & parallels that makes me go feral

I am feeling absolutely feral over this. But also the hard cut from baby Dean and Cas to Present-day Dean and Cas is a whirlwind of emotion in and of itself. Actually, another parallel/growth that this video hit me hard with is at 1:47. Cas says he sees the pain, anger, confusion, and guilt inside of Dean (and please take note of the angle.) This makes me feral thinking about 15x18 with Castiel confessing that he knows how Dean sees himself - as his enemies see him - as a being of those things when he's really just full of love and care for the whole world and anyways I am losing my MIND ---- thank you.

Same! It hit me at 01:47 that 15x18 was a parallel to that scene. ... The way Supernatural wrote Dean and Cas is un-freaking-believable 😭 *goes to cry in the corner*

Aw man! 02:49 when dean said 'Angels don't care, that they don't have the "equipment" to care, when they try it breaks them apart,' & it cut to the cass confession scene. That hits hard. Cuz it seems like cass died bcuz u know

I'M SOBBING the writer are EVIL 😭 how could they write ALL OF WHAT'S HAPPENED and end the show not even showing Cas in heaven? How could they end the show like this at all??? Why god whyyyyy TT

I'm not sobbing in anguish.. because of this angel - who had no reason to be able to feel such human emotions but became heaven's bleeding heart regardless -, and this man - who never was allowed to care for anyone that wasn't his blood because "it only gets them dead" but expanded his little family for this one angel and his kid anyway, which is just beautiful - ...you are.

Listen. Listen. I’m looking ALL of my shit because I just became aware of something: the way 5x18 and 15x18 are shot are so. fucking. similar. At about 1:45, you see Cas and Dean arguing about what’s the right decision in the fight against the archangels and Zach. You have Cas looking at Dean, trying to read and understand him. Whereas in 15x18, you have Cas looking at Dean, taking one last long look at Dean while he tries to do the ‘right thing’. Cas is even on the same of the camera. Point of No Return (5x18) is such a fundamental part of Dean and Cas’s relationship because it’s one of the first instances where Cas chooses to be Ride or Die with Dean. In Despair, he flat out chooses Die. I can’t comprehend how similar the confession scene and the 5x18 debate scene are.

When I tell you I SCREECHED at the last one- wow I’d never seen those two sentences back to back and it just made it so clear in my mind that Dean DOES love Castiel, no question about it.

"What were you dreaming about?" Dean is one lucky SOB, if Castiel just was sitting on the edge of my bed looking like that I'd 1) Scream, cuz I'm a rational human being that reacts normaly to strangers in their living space 2) Ask him to teleport me to Disneyland when all park is closed and ask him to activate all the rides so I can have a true experience at the Happiest Place on Earth with the most beautiful angel.

I’m rewatching spn and I came across Dean’s line about angels and how they don’t care. I lost it because the first thing that popped into my head was Castiel’s last words about how he cared about the whole word because of Dean. This show is crazy. It caught me off guard when it ended because I stopped to watch this show after s8 or 9 but when I heard about the confession, I was so freaking confused and surprised but I still don’t get why they gave this beautiful scene to us. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll cherish it and bring it to my grave but why?? To torture us one last time???
