Who's on Dean's side. Fuck Dean. He's being a little baby just because Mary died. He's a god dammned Winchester. The majority of people die just from being in their vicinity and yet he is acting like this is the first time. I mean he has the right to be sad/mad about it cause it never gets easier, but he has too know that it was neither Jack's or Cas's fault entirely. Even Sam says in the last season that its just as much His and Dean's Fault as the other two because they werent paying close enough attention and then they learn that Chuck has been playing them the whole time cause its just a show/game to him. ( sorry ranted a little but i'm annoyed that Dean is acting this way)

I can't believe people romanticize these two. Dean is the last person on earth I would want for anyone I care about. Apart from angels being asexual, Castiel was the purest and most sincere character in the series. Many of us kept watching because of Misha's amazing performances.

I'm watching this moment again, and I remember Jensen saying that Dean will give his explanation as to why he's treating Cas like a dick. And I've come to the conclusion that is no justification for anyone to treat their best friend this way, especially when they are in pain. Both Dean and Cas lost a loved one. But, Dean has got that oak tree shoved far up his ass, he chooses to ignore how Cas is feeling and he knows it. He kicked while he was down because he could and that's not ok. I believe in the endverse season 5 episode 4, we saw a version of Cas who stayed and continued to take the psychological abuse from Dean and needed drugs and sex to subside the pain. In this timeline, Cas leaving was the only way he could begin healing. One hope I have is that at the end of the show, they all go their separate ways, and I hope Jack comes back to life and he and Cas can go off and live life as Father and son, no hunting. Dean can go run a bar. Sam and Eileen go on permanent vacation.

This is one of the few episodes I felt Misha has acted especially the part where he is sitting beside Jack's burnt body. Dean blaming Castiel for Mary's death is not fair. But Castiel has done enough shit in the past that he never answered for. Dean always forgave...the whole Leviathan shitfest led to Bobby's death, breaking Sam's wall, angels falling, saying yes to Lucifer when he knew the sacrifice Sam made to put Lucifer in the cage, and Lucifer couldn't do shit against Amara - so yes, Cas is always there when shit goes wrong and then he tries to correct his own mess.

Dean did start the apocalypse 😂 he said yes to Michael knowing what would happen. Dean and amara. Sam killed innocents when he had no soul and never really paid for it. All of the, have screwed up you’re making it seem like only Cas screws up. Dean has treated Castiel like crap and used him as a errand boy, watch dog, physical and psychological punching bag, Over and over again. I’m glad Cas dumped his ass and moved on. I love dean but he was a complete asshole in that scene.

Castiel made a choice and stayed in Purgatory to answer for what he did to Sam's wall and releasing the Leviathan. He was willing to stay there forever.

We will get the answer in 9th episode. I think Dean was purposely doing this against Cas. He must have reasons why he is feeling this way and why did he behave this way. I think confession is going to be revealed in 9th episode as i heard Jensen revealing that in a convention panel video
