I do hope you have more footage from your visits to see Thomas. Those events are my most favourites out of all heritage railway events.

I remember when I went to my first Day Out With Thomas event, except it was at the East Lancashire Railway in 2007. This one looks really nostalgic and it looks like you all had a fun day! The Jinty that was masquerading as Thomas is from the Llangollen Railway; Well, I prefer it when Gothenburg from the ELR masquerades as Thomas, because it seems more nostalgic to me. Thx for sharing and I hope you had a great day. From Mascott :)

Except that the 3F Jinty (47298) is no longer a Llangollen resident, It's currently owned by Ian Riley at Bury undergoing a gradual overhaul then the Jinty will be relocating to a private railway but the name of this 'Private Railway' is unknown at this stage. EDIT: The Jinty is both based and operating at the East Lancs.
