I love the pickup in these, i bought one for my charvel it sounds like a fatter,hotter P-90 and cleans up great for a hot pu! actually has a very EVH tone for some reason?

Seems strange that he's promoting his signature guitar, yet the backgroung song, which I'm sure is the sound they are going for, was recorded using a different guitar.

Why strange? He was famous for using Les Paul Juniors back in the day. Mississippi Queen was recorded what, 69? It was their biggest hit so naturally they’ll play it and of course he had no signature model back then.
