Different people will interpret things in different ways, and some similarly. Edit: btw Anxiety essentially is fear - which everyone experiences. It becomes a mental health issue when it affects your daily life.

This song is unique... I personally am not going through a good time. This has helped me to just relax, and let out my tears. Here's my advice: Don't. Be sad, don't try to kill the negative emotions inside you. Go through it, cry, sleep, snuggle your pet, go back to your childhood home, whatever makes you comfortable like old times. And when you don't even listen, you will heard a bird chirping for its own entertainment, a child - an innocent soul - laughing at something that is now natural to you but new and interesting to him/her. Or when you don't even look, you will see a sky so beautiful you've never seen before with sunbeams and clouds like a painting or with ten thousands of shining stars... And you'll understand that it's in you. It was always there. The happiness, the calmness. And the will to enjoy life as it is, whatever it's like.
