This is from 1972. Lynn Anderson is the one who brought glamour and class to country music vs. hay bales, wagon wheel props & gingham dresses. That's why she was usually the female country star of choice for Hollywood - not Loretta, Tammy or even Dolly at the time. Lynn was on a lot of Dean's shows / roasts, as well as Bob Hope Specials, etc. She was probably 26 or so here.

I loved the looked Lynn had in her eyes when she was singing with the one and only Deano. It also funny that it was Lynn's hand that was around Dean's back and also around his face... Instead of Dean showing his affection for Lynn. Lynn really was showing how much affection she had for dean.

(Deana said in her book that Cathy’s constant interference at the studio with the running of the show eventually led to them having to ban her from the set)

Oh, he adored her. Had her on his show several times. He was an "older" man here and she was in her mid 20s and the hottest thing in country-pop at the time.
